Elbegdorj Tsakhia

The former Prime Minister of Mongolia (served as PM twice) has been quietly floated and brings an interesting mix to the nomination race. Elbegdorj, 43, is young but brings a mix of geopolitical balance and experience to the S-G race. Mongolia, sandwiched between China and Russia is located in Central Asia and both countries have good relations with the country. Elbegdorj made his mark fighting corruption during his second time as Prime Minister (appealing to those states interested in reform) and given high marks for his management and economic development initiatives.
